Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Ömer Faruk Gedik, Kabasakal Mah. Prof. Dr. Necmettin Erbakan Cd. Diamondland Verse Sitesi B Blok Kat:1 Daire:9, 01170 Çukurova/Adana, Türkiye (developer name on the app stores: Gedik Labs), who operates MatchLens. By using the app you accept them. What MatchLens is
MatchLens is an information service that provides statistical analysis and probability estimates for football matches. It is not a betting or gambling service: it does not take bets, does not give betting advice and does not link to any betting operator. It is not financial or investment advice either.
Ad space is filled by Google; we block betting and gambling ads. If you still see one, please tell us.
No guarantee
Predictions are probabilities based on statistical models; no outcome is guaranteed. Past accuracy does not indicate future results. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Match statistics are compiled from publicly available sources and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The number of matches and leagues shown depends on fixtures and data sources, and the service may occasionally be interrupted.
Age limit
The app is for users aged 18 and over.
Subscription
MatchLens Pro is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price and period are shown on the purchase screen; payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel it in your store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. The store notifies you in advance of price changes.
If a plan includes a free trial, the paid period starts when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
On Apple devices, Apple's standard end user license agreement also applies: Apple Standard EULA.
Withdrawal and refunds
The store makes the sale, so refund requests go to the store under its policy. Pro content opens as soon as you confirm the purchase; to the extent the law allows, the exception to the right of withdrawal for digital services performed immediately applies. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Acceptable use
You may not bulk-copy the content, extract it with automated tools, redistribute it commercially, or try to bypass subscription or ad verification. We may suspend access if these rules are broken.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on predictions, for interruptions of the service or for data errors. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
Responsible use
If you feel you are losing control over betting or gambling, help is available. Contact a local support service, for example BeGambleAware (UK) or the gambling help line in your country.
Intellectual property
The app, its design and its prediction content belong to the operator. League, club and team names belong to their owners; MatchLens is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; the current version and its date are published at this address. If you do not accept a change, you can stop using the app and cancel your subscription.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. If you live elsewhere as a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer rights of your country and may use its courts.
